I am doing this challenge to do my bit for the charity funded Cornwall Air Ambulance, and to push myself in a way I never have before.

The Air Ambulance in Cornwall is a vital service which literally saves lives and helps people and families in their most desperate hour. As a Cornish girl I am very proud of the Cornwall Air Ambulance and I am doing this challenge for all of my family and friends who live in and visit Cornwall. I hope they will never need to use the Cornwall Air Ambulance, but should they ever, it will be there.

This challenge will be a huge undertaking for me and won’t be easy by any stretch. I now have 3 months to transform my fitness and train hard. Also, find a way to manage my fear of spiders (fingers crossed they stay well away!)
