Once again I'm doing the Manchester 10K run. This time I'm raising money for the Preston branch of the RSPCA. We got Earl our 11 year old Boxer/American Bulldog cross from there last year. We've also had other dogs and cats from the RSPCA in the past. They are a great crowd at the Preston branch, very dedicated to looking after and rehoming the animals in their care. 

This year I joined a running group, RunSmart, in Leyland who have got me out doing more running than in the past so hopefully I should be a bit quicker than last year.
