Ian and I are off to Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh on the 2/8/18 for work ! We want to lose some weight, and get healthy. 
We had the weigh on Tuesday 26th our official Judge (whose decision is final) supervised the weigh in. In the interests of sensitive members of the Facebook community we did not photograph this !! John will upload the measurements and the tie break decider !
Having verified this with an accountant then we have worked out what 1 percent of each of us and the challenge is to lose the most by the 1st of August 2018.
To encourage us we are creating a Justgiving page each and would ask our lovely friends to please donate to that - not on a pounds lost basis but simply what you can give.
We also have sponsorship forms for those who are not online or prefer not to do it online.
