I will be taking part in the Football League Arch to Arc bike ride raising money for Help the Hospices.
This challenging three-day bike ride starts at Wembley Stadium and finishes at the Arc de Triomphe, Paris.
We will be cycling a gruelling 245 miles over 3 three days through England and France come rain or shine so we will be earning every penny of sponsorship we manage to raise!
I would just like to add that I am a complete novice and have never attempted this sort of distance. if there is anyone out there who fancies it, it's not too late to sign up! We have plenty of time to train and it should be a fantastic 3 day trip.
Anything you are able to donate will make a huge difference.
