I have recently started training for my first Kyaninga Triathlon in the hope of raising money to buy a much needed hydrotherapy pool for our child development centre. The difference such a pool can make to a child's progress and rehabilitation can not be emphasised enough. I will try and complete the riding part of the race on a one geared, no suspension bike which is commonly used to transport banana's to the market (see photo).
