Manchester is the city in which I have spent so many happy times, since the callous attack last week  I have been really upset and have found this event to be very close to home. I want to help heal my city and raise money for the Westandtogether campaign. 

Westandtogether is helping the victims of this attack through what i am sure is the hardest time in their lives. My small part in this effort it to run the Colshaw hall 10k, all money donated will help the victims of this tragedy! 

I love Manchester and through all else we will never be divded!
