Those of you that know me, know that I really enjoy a social beer. Or two. I have never knowingly taken a month off from drinking, and I don’t relish the prospect now! I will abstain completely from alcohol for the whole month of October in order to support the Novak Djokovic foundation.

I plan to donate all the money I would spend on alcohol in October on raising money for the Novak Djokovic foundation. This foundation does incredible work, in particular in the realms of early years Education for disadvantaged children. As a parent I have been deeply touched by the work this charity does.

Please give what you can - if you would normally include me in a round of drinks get me a glass of tap water and donate the money to this worthy cause. If you wouldn’t bother to buy me a beer, please consider donating to support disadvantaged children instead.
