Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Following the cancellation of the Ben Hiscox charity football match due to Covid-19 last summer, the guys at Stoke Gifford United are really eager to do something else in Ben’s memory to raise much needed funds for Headway Bristol.

This charity does some outstanding work in the local area, supporting those affected by brain injury and their families.

We have chosen to embark on a fitness challenge throughout the month of March, dedicated to hitting 4000 miles by the 28th with everyone involved having a minimum distance to cover.

With a cycling team of 12 that will each cycle 200 miles and a running team that will cover a minimum of 52 miles within the 4 weeks.

Each participant will be donating £20 themselves to Headway Bristol to get the ball rolling and we ask that all you guys dig deep to help this great local charity out in these difficult times.

Updates will be provided throughout the month on how the challenge is going!

Please support us as best you can, not only to help Headway Bristol but also in fond memory of the GREAT Ben Hiscox.

Thank you for all of your support
