Story

Our team are pulling together to walk, run, cycle and hobble our way, individually, through marathons and ultra marathons throughout the month of March to support Mind BWW.

We will track our individual distances and share this with you each week. Your support is HUGELY appreciated in keeping us going to raise funds for this fantastic charity.

Strabens Hall is raising money for Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster all throughout March by taking part in My Mind Marathon.

In the three boroughs alone is it estimated that in an average year over 250,000 people have with mental illness. During lockdown, these figures have been shown to double to 500,000. This is a mental health crisis.

Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster are here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem gets the support they need to recover. They listen to those in need, support recovery and work with partners to take action. They are an independent charity, who provide vital community support services, talking therapies, psychological services and training for companies to raise awareness of mental health in the workplace.

Any amount you can donate is hugely appreciated and goes to a very worthwhile cause.

About the charity

We are an independent charity, separate from National Mind, who provide vital community support services, workplace training, talking therapies and suicide bereavement support services across London. Together, we can make sure nobody in our local community faces a mental health concern alone.
