There isn’t a person on this earth who hasn’t been touched by cancer at some point in their life. The support that the Karen Trust give to terminally ill cancer patients and their families is nothing short of astounding.  

This summer marks the 20th year since an 18 year old me began life at Lancaster University. A town where i met my wife, made lifelong friends and began a career is hospitality. And now in July I am planning to return to the scene of many a crime to run a marathon distance trail run. Man vs Lakes 2018 involves some running, the Lake District and plenty of obstacles, what could go wrong?
