I'm competing in the Welsh Iron Man endurance race in Tenby, in aid of Macmillan Cancer. It will be held on the 14th of September 2014. The Iron Man consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a full marathon run (26 miles) to finish off the endurance race.

In doing this challenge, I hope to raise enough money to help make a difference to those whose suffer with cancer as well as their families. With your kind help and support, hopefully we can! :)
