Steve and I are running the LONDON MARATHON on the 21 April next and in memory of my good friend SARAH SMITH I will be raising money for the charity BREAKTHROUGH BREAST CANCER

Sarah died aged 41 years earlier this year.

Those of you who knew her will not need to be reminded of her unique personality and the brave and impressive way she dealt with her illness. She will be a great inspiration to me throughout the 26 and a bit miles and a sobering reminder to put any aches or pains in to perspective and keep going.

It would be great if you could spare a few quid in her memory for this good cause.
