Lockdown has given me the time to up my game with my running, progressing from 5K on to a good relationship with the 10k distance. I'm now looking for a manageable challenge on my journey to run a half marathon and this is an excellent stepping stone on that journey. It also gives me an opportunity to support the excellent work that Ark, an educational charity for whom I used to work as a Primary Music Specialist, does through their network of schools in some of the country's most challenging inner city environments.
