The Great North Swim is a one mile, open water swim taking place in the stunning location of Lake Windermere in the Lake District. With 5000 swimmers expected over  two days, it is sure to be a fantastic event and a great personal challenge.

A challenge also to raise as much money for my chosen charity CHAS (children's Hospice Association Scotland). CHAS is the only children's hospice in Scotland to provide care to children with life limiting conditions and their families.
