Story
At the beginning of December 2014 i was officially diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma Stage 2 with lymph nodes affected in my neck and mediastinum. I had developed a blood clot in my neck from the compression on the main jugular vein and pressure in my chest.
We have started our chemo and have already completed one cycle. 5 more to go :)
Feeling much better already, a lot of symptoms of HL have already shifted, i no longer itch like a mad man, no more night sweats or temperatures :)
Popping the pills and doing the injections, each one is hard but each is a step closer to being cancer free :)
We are now Day 19 after initial chemo and the hair has really started to go. It all over the house and i got some nice bald patches so.... its time to go !!! Eeeeeekkkkkk .... more importantly i caught my beautiful little lizard with some in his mouth and not having that so .... its for the chop !!!
The Lymphoma Association have been amazing with the books and advice provided by the staff and members, if you could spare some pennies to donate would be really gratfeful :)
