Hi, 

22 super girls from our squad are taking part in the Hero's run, running, jumping, skipping and maybe even cartwheeling 5/10k to raise money for Rise who are holding the event so that they can open a counselling service for children affected by domestic abuse in Brighton and the surrounding areas. 

Rise is our charity of the year and we have already raised money for this phenomenal cause and now we are aiming to raise a further £1000! (Gotta aim high right?!) Anything you can give, £20, £10, £5, even 20p would be a help for this charity which does so much for all the people affected by domestic abuse. 

Rise work so hard to provide support and advice to anyone in our local area who are struggling with domestic abuse. This is an issue very close to our hearts and the charity continue to provide support to many women (as well as men), including individuals with our squad.
