Kidscape is a small and fantastic charity working directly with children and families affected by bullying, all over the UK. They provide workshops for children and their families, teaching confidence and assertiveness skills that will help them tackle any bullying situation/environment. They provide practical support and telephone advice to parents and carers worried about bullying. They also train professionals in how to challenge and prevent bullying in schools. 

As a parent, I hope that our kids remain happy, healthy and confident as they grow and learn, but we can't be with them all the time. Bullying is a problem, it can start at any stage and the effects can be unthinkable. The amazing work that Kidscape do to help children who have encountered troubles, to be their best selves, is inspirational
