The Swifts House Students, Mr Foster and Miss Charalambous at Berkhamsted school want to raise money for our chosen house charity, DENS. They will be running 5 miles / half marathon in order to raise as much money for such a great cause.

About DENS:

Their aim is to be the first port of call for people who face homelessness, poverty and social exclusion; to support and empower them to take positive steps in their lives. DENS ensure that individuals and families have access to food, accommodation and provisions for people in the Dacorum area. 

Any donations will be very much appreciated in order to help raise money for a charity that is so close to home. 

Here is where your money will go: 

£20 would pay for all rough sleepers to have the
luxury of a hot shower at our Day Centre and feel refreshed, rejuvenated and recharged all week.

£30 would pay for a homeless person to sleep at our
emergency crash pad and feel safe, comfortable and warm when temperatures outside drops below freezing.

£50 would pay for 35 hot lunches at our Day Centre
to ensure that no rough sleeper goes hungry over the cold winter months and throughout the year.

DENS
