On the 28th April, 22 employees and friends of Syntec are doing the Tough Mudder - 10 miles and 20+ obstacles that will demand top teamwork and challenge our physical and mental boundaries.

We're raising money for Acton Homeless Concern - a drop-in day centre for homeless people. They provide food, clothing, friendship, companionship and advice for those in need. Acton Homeless Concern are a voluntary organisation who are wholly dependent on people making generous donations. We've set a fundraising target of £3,500 - this will pay for over fifteen thousand hot meals.
