Last year we dusted off our trainers, put on our pink tutus and leg warmers and set off for our 10k Midnight Walk round Brum. What a night we had.....having worked all day at the pub I really thought I must be mad driving the 25mile trip at 11p.m. at night for the midnight start.  It's only when you get involved in these things that you realise how important they are for the charity and how worthwhile they are for the beneficiaries.  We were walking alongside mothers who had lost children and sisters who'd lost their siblings, Acorns had helped these families  and with their Fragile Lives appeal we were doing our bit to ensure they could carry on their fantastic work.  Our team is walking again this year, without me and my wonky knee, and I'll be volunteering to help on the night as well a driving them there and back.  So once again, dig deep, help this wonderful cause that relies on donations for 80%  of its income.  Thank you so very much.
