I have been running Hampshire Harriers for over 30 years and in this time so many disabled people have had the opportunity to play wheelchair basketball - helping them to get fit,rehabilitate,have fun,socialise as well as competing in BWBA league teams that we offer.

In order to compete the Club needs specialised wheelchairs which cost about £3,000 each!

As a personal challenge I decided to cycle(something which I had not attempted for about 40 years) in order to try and raise money to buy more wheelchairs and anyone who knows me will know that this  is going to be hard for me,however,they will also know how passionate I am about what Hampshire Harriers can do to change players lives and therefore know that I WILL succeed.
