Story
My name is Paul Phillips and I suffer with Ehlers-Danlos-Syndrome Level 5 Hyper-mobility. My condition affects just 1 in 5,000 people and leaves me with the inability to do regular exercise, walk long distance or do heavy lifting. However, in aid of EDS Support UK, a registered charity which offers support to sufferers of EDS across the country, I am doing a 10k walk from my house in Burnage all the way to the University of Salford at MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, to raise funds for the charity. This will be a daunting task as I have only walked 10k once - the Marie Curie Midnight Walk in 2013. Any donations are more than welcome, no matter how little, but I hope to raise £200 for the charity. The walk will take place on Saturday 30th May 2015 and I'll start at 12:00 midday. Thank you in advance for any donations/messages of support.
