Survival On The Summit is a mass sleep-out event taking place at the summit of Pendle Hill, the first event of its kind. Our aim is to raise awareness and funding for homelessness within the surrounding area.

Story

Positive Action in the Community are very proud to bring you Survival on the Summit, the first mass sleep out event taking place at the top of our area's most infamous landmark... Pendle Hill. Sponsored by: Silentnight Beds, Rossendale & Pendle Mountain Rescue, Petty's, the Seafood Pub co. & Barley Mow. Survival on the Summit is a fundraising event by which we aim to raise vital funds and awareness to sustain our Youth Homelessness project; SafeSpace. This is a challenge (not for the faint-hearted) to give an insight and experience of personal struggles with having no place to call home. We wanted to do something that has NEVER been accomplished before, so this really is a Landmark event... Could you be 1 of the 100 to take part?
