Ffion, Mike, Shane, Stu, Simon and Phil are taking on the Tough Mudder challenge on September 13th to raise money for Help for Heroes.

It's a 12 mile course with 20 obstacles to overcome, from ice baths, to electric shocks.  It's going to be.....tough !!
