On Sunday 19th August our team of No5 Young Ambassadors, volunteers, and Trustee are taking on the challenge and 'Racing the Dragon' along with a team of volunteers from Rockwell Collins who have very generously paid for the boat for us to share. Our team of rowers will be rowing to the beat of the team drum as they put their rowing abilities to the test in at least three 200 metre races on the day and a chance to be in the Grand Final!

No5 supports children and young people's mental health in Reading. They offer free, confidential counselling to young people aged 10-25. No5 also offers a schools counselling service, and support young people to share their experiences of mental health and represent the charity through their Young Ambassador scheme. In 2017/18 they supported 536 young people and their families.

No5 has been supporting young people in the community for 47 years, and we want to raise lots of money to help towards securing the service for the next 47 years! Please dig deep and help us raise lots of money to help fund No5's vital work.
