It’s been a long time since I did a run. Lots of injuries later I’m trying to get out there again and starting with something small for something that means something to me. If you can donate I’d be eternally grateful! It’s an incredible, small charity that deserves support!

Our Taking Part programme leads to people with learning disabilities having more confidence, socially and artistically, and living more independent lives. We run regular free and affordable high quality creative sessions where our participants explore their creativity through music making, visual art, writing, dance, film, fashion, DJing, digital arts and what we do is led by the participants.
