Employees at Ansvar Insurance making a team effort to walk/run/cycle as many miles as possible to raise money for The Hygiene Bank Eastbourne during the week commencing 3rd August!

Before lockdown The Hygiene Bank Eastbourne got all of their stock out to charity partners. Now that an end to lockdown seems to be in sight, they need funds to restock on hygiene products so they can continue helping charities in the Eastbourne area.

Galvanised by the belief that being clean is not a luxury or a privilege, The Hygiene Bank is a registered, people powered, grassroots charity grounded in community. We collect and re-distribute donated toiletries, hygiene, beauty and personal care items to UK charities, voluntary organisations and schools. These in turn are then given for free to their beneficiaries. Our passion stems from a sense of injustice: it's not right that anyone should face hygiene poverty in modern Britain.
