Hello all! 

Over the past few months, Interserve Construction have been helping Edwards Trust, an amazing charity based in Edgbaston, Birmingham. 

This charity provides bereavement support to over 3,000 families every year – children and adults who have experienced terrible losses.

Did you know that every year in the West Midlands?…

• 738 babies are stillborn or die before reaching their
  1st birthday

• 403 children and young people die between the ages of 1
  and 19 as a result of illness and accident

• 2,610 children are bereaved of a parent

Incredibly this sort of support isn’t provided by anyone
else in this region, and the Edwards Trust don’t receive any funding other than by fundraising.

So to help raise funds we are doing a 2 hour Swimathon next
week . By the way this is not a relay! It’s 2 hours non-stop going up and down a pool!
