In the last few weeks our world has been turned upside-down when our Mum / Granny got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

This is one of the lesser known cancers and more tricky to treat so research in this area is vitally important. This fab charity are doing incredibly important work to support research,  treatments and care for patients faced with this daunting diagnosis. 

Our Mum / Granny is our hero and is approaching this challenge with her usual positivity and strength which inspires us all. We want to do our bit to raise money to support all those affected by this disease. 

Andrew, the girls and I are all taking on triathlon challenges. Andrew and I are doing our first Olympic distance triathlon (that's 1500m open water swim, 40k cycle and 10k run!). Amelia is doing her age appropriate triathlon including an open water swim which she finds challenging, and Sophie is doing her first scootathlon.

Knowing that we are raising money will help spur us on so if you can spare any tiny amount in these difficult financial times then we will be forever grateful. Thank you for your support xx
