Alzheimer Dementia Support have an Annual Santa Fun Run that this year, due to the Covid restrictions, had to be virtual.  The launched the event on Sunday 29th November with a Live on-line show that cane be viewed by clicking on the button on the home page of their website www.adscharity.com

The Beacon has decided to join the event to help to raise much needed funds.  The boys will all run during their P.E. lesson and will be asked to contribute £2.50 which will cover the cost of a smart medal and a thank-you certificate.

'ADS' is a local and independent charity that assists, guides and actively supports people living with Dementia, their Carers and families in our local area encompassing Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Slough and Langley. Our services provide engaging, meaningful interactions and activities with advice and a 'someone always ready to listen'. Many of the Services do not need to be pre-booked. We work closely with other Agencies to signpost our Members to additional support and information.
