A big howdy hello and thank you for popping by our Walk for Plunkett fundraising page.

On the 15th May, Rich, Esme and I will be aiming to walk 10 miles each as part of Walk for Plunkett which is aiming to raise £7,500 to support communities across the UK (more on that below). 

Now ten miles for Rich and I ain't really too much of a challenge, but lets face it - it's a blooming long way for a seven year olds legs, so anything you can donate to encourage and support our little hiker will be very much appreciated.  

So who are Plunkett... 

Plunkett Foundation is a UK-wide charity working with communities who are facing the loss of a vital local service. 

They support communities to enable them to take the dream of community-ownership and turn it in a thriving community business. Community businesses do more than just provide a service - they encompass community spirit; they bring work and training opportunities and they're a hub for social interaction to ensure no-one becomes lost or forgotten. 

By raising funds in support of Plunkett's services, together we'll be helping more communities tackle the issues they face.
