In an attempt to scare myself silly I've decided it should be done in the name of the very worthy cause of Mersey Counselling and Therapy Centre. Increased awareness and funding for mental health and well being is vital. The more resources and organisations that can offer  support the better. This is particularly true for the most at risk demographic for suicide (young men!) who may feel they can't talk to anyone or that there is noone who will listen. This cause is close to my heart after a university friend quite recently and very sadly took his own life. If I can raise an ounce of more awareness for doing this single silly scary thing then its worth it!
