This year I was supposed to be taking part in Outlaw, a long distance triathlon, raising money for SSAFA. The event has been cancelled - but I intend to have a go next year. 

Rather than let 18 months of brutal training go to waste, I thought it would a good opportunity to raise money for a charity that is working hard to help those who have been hardest hit by the global pandemic in 2020 - those who started the year in challenging circumstances.

Transforming Lives for Good are a Christian charity providing support to struggling children and families in local communities. They help make change happen for children facing issues such as school exclusion, poverty and holiday hunger.
