At the end of September, a group of us are cycling from London down to the coast, around the Isle of Wight and back again. That is c.380km over three days. EDIT: route change = now c.400km!!

Given that I have been in an ankle boot for the last month and my trusty bike has not had much use, this is going to be one mammoth challenge for an unfit, big bloke. 

But, raising money for IJM makes it all worth it!  

IJM's mission is to bring an end to slavery around the world by rescuing victims, bringing criminals to justice and restoring survivors. They have rescued thousands of women and children from the bonds of slavery and brought those perpetrators to justice. But there is so much more to do!
