25 years ago my mum was diagnosed with cancer. Since then she fought every step of the way and even seemed to be winning at times. Unfortunately it finally caught up with her on the 8th of August 2015. I intend to run the Bristol to Bath marathon on October 25th 2015 in her memory and raise money for Hospiscare a charity that gave her and our family great comfort in the last few months.
