Hi all,

I don't normally do this as I enjoy running for fun but I've decided to run the Royal Parks Half on 9 October and try and raise some money for the Neuromuscular Centre, a charity based in Cheshire, which provides assessment, treatment and advice for people with neuromuscular conditions. 

My dad was diagnosed with a form of myopathy in 2015 and has since been getting some great support from the centre, helping to manage the condition.  It would be great to help support the excellent work and service this centre provides. No matter what your donation it will be greatly appreciated.
