Story
On Tuesday 16th September 2014 something that should of been one of the happiest occasions for a family turned to a tragedy. My sister in law, Jodie Nicole Wilson went into hospital to give birth to her 2nd child but unfortunately she never returned as she passed away during the delivery of baby Caleb Wilson. This awful tragedy was caused by what is called a amniotic fluid embolism and currently there is very little research out there that explains why this happens. So with this in mind as a family we are currently in process of arranging a number of different fundraising events that will help us raise money for a charity called 'Wellbeing of Women'.
What is the event? -
Charity Golf Day sponsored by Marshall Mercedes - Benz of Chichester
So on Friday 28th July 2017 @ Chichester Golf Club I am planning to run a Charity Golf Day in memory of Jodie. All money that is raised will be going to the Lisa Waterman Foundation which is part of the charity Wellbeing of Women, they are doing research into Amniotic Fluid Embolism.
This page is designed for the wonderful businesses / people who have kindly offered to sponsor a hole or for anyone who wants to donate money towards this fantastic cause.
I've included details of the 'Charity' for your records.
Wellbeing of Women - Registered Charity No: England & Wales (239281) / Scotland (SC042856)
