A lot of you will remember "The List" giving time to a local charity and the London marathon would be left to fate if I didn't make the ballot for London I wouldn't do one. Well I didn't make it but after raising funds with Jay for St Richards I decided to enter one more ballot, to run as part of the St Richards Team ...... And I'm in!! 

St Richards are such a valuable local resource who do so much for so many I can't think of a better charity to raise much needed funds for.
