As most of you know I have battled and struggled with an alcohol problem since the age of 18. Despite various efforts over the years, from trying home detoxing to going into rehab, I have never managed to beat my problem. This time I am trying again but trying a different approach, by raising money for Alcohol Concern and providing help for other people suffering the same problem as I am. So far I am on my 4th day of not drinking and have raised over £350 for Alcohol Concern so far. It won't be an easy battle but I have been given so much encouragement and support from everyone so far which is keeping me going.
