I will be taking part in the Southampton Sporterium RIDE - 60km Challenge this September for Age Concern Hampshire. The course begins in Southampton City Centre before finding its way through the surrounding countryside heading north of Winchester, through Alresford, across to Stockbridge before returning to Southampton via Romsey.

Any donations will be much appreciated to help support the ageing journey for the over 50s in Hampshire. The charity currently deliver support at our Care & Wellbeing Centres throughout the county, as well as Help at Home, Information Services, Foot Care Clinics, Hospital to Home Services, Village Agents and a variety of other activities.

How your donation can help:

- £25 could provide a nutritious meal for an older person at one of our centres for 1 week.

- £50 would contribute towards 2 support workers to receive vital dementia training.

- £100 could allow for a days respite for an unpaid carer with Care & Wellbeing services.

-£500 could provide connectivity for volunteers for them to help older people at home and in our hubs to access the internet.
