I love running and cycling. I have challenged my body over various distances and disciplines simply for the physical accomplishment. However, this new adventure deserves more respect and as extra motivation I'll be riding for and thinking of MS. I'd appreciate your help whether that's joining me to ride a bit of the route, donating to a fantastic cause, offering advice on touring, or anything else that may help along the way.

I have a huge amount of respect for my parents who ditched the conventional sunny honeymoon for something a bit closer to home. 20+ years ago the newly weds walked the UK Coast-Coast to celebrate their marriage. In doing so they rightfully raised a staggering amount for MS. My ride will pale in comparison to their walk, but it's a start and I'd like to continue the support for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
