On Sunday the 9th of June I will be attempting the longest swim I have ever done. There has been some issues with my back and I wasn't sure if I would be able to take part but I am going to give it a shot. I really didn't think that I would be this worried about it but I am... bricking it. 

Earlier in the year I visited Paul's Place and was was blown away by the joy and positive energy that the charity provided for people in the area with a range of needs. The charity provides a safe and social space with a range of activities and days out for disabled adults. It's class.
