We know the positive direct effect our Works! project can have on the young people we work with, and we will walk over hot coals to help more young people succeed. 

Tomorrow's People is dedicated to breaking the cycle of unemployment and dependency in deprived communities throughout the UK. By running ground-breaking programmes that focus on the individual, Tomorrow’s People helps the most disadvantaged and hardest to reach people, transform their lives through work.Working with young people at risk of falling out of the education system, those with criminal convictions, carers and care-leavers, people with mental health problems and those with poor confidence and self-esteem, OUR trained advisers help adults and young people reach their potential, positively impacting not only the individual but family members, peer groups and local communities.

For every £1 Tomorrow’s People invests in a programme, at least £2.40 is returned to society in increased taxes and reduced health, housing and criminal justice costs. *Evaluation by FTI Consulting June 2010
