The challenge is an obstacle course which is an approx. 7km long with a country mile to start, and is one of the most challenging military style assault courses out there – with around 100 obstacles per 7k!
Whilst crawling on their hands and knees and climbing up river banks and cargo netting, pushing through water that may be up to chest height and getting covered from head to toe in thick mud – they would love to raise money for The Tongole Foundation and run in memory of Vitu Kalanga who would have turned 24 this August.
