Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. It has been created in loving memory of our beautiful Mum who sadly passed away on the 12th June 2015 peacefully in her sleep.
I initially started this page for people to donate instead of flower for mums funeral. We decided to help this charity as it was very close to Mums heart. She was the proud Mummy of two adopted elephants and we would love to continue supporting these beautiful animals and their helpers.
Since mums funeral I have continued to raise money wherever possible. I feels it's a way of keeping Mum alive. I like to donate money myself for occasions such as mums birthday. This year, 2016, my son was baptised and instead of gifts we asked for donations. I will continue with this page for as long as possible.
In 2015, this page was one of the most successful. Out of 532124 fundraisers, we were in the top 5%. I received this news on my birthday. My first birthday without Mum.
