This June I will be joining 35 other crazy, mad cyclists for a 7 day, 500 mile ride across France from Lyons to Nice.  Our organisers Allan and Chris have managed to find the most brutal route possible taking us over iconic mountains such as the Alpe D'Huez, Col D’Izoard,  Col Du Vars and many others with steep gradients and high peaks. Day 4 is particularly eye watering with over 100 miles and 4500m climbing. 

To make this more palatable and to keep me sane to the finish line,  I am raising money jointly for  Challenge Adventure Charities, and the Hampshire Air Ambulance.  Challenge Adventure Charities are running the event and will be donating all proceeds to refugees from the war in Ukraine.
