I know we all get requests to donate to great causes on a regular basis,  but the situation in Nepal following the Earthquakes earlier this year remains dire and the people there still need our help if they are to continue the rebuilding process. 

Paul, Alan and myself are doing this trek across the UK as a personal challenge, but we all feel that raising some money would give us extra incentive to complete the course. We will be covering over 190 miles, walking every day for 2 weeks, between 12-20 miles per day. In terms of all the ascents on the route, the total feet climbed will be around the height of Mount Everest!

We are covering all the costs of the trek ourselves, so please be as generous as you can.....all the money will go to Nepal.
