Story
On the 17th February, at the age of 21, our friend Billy Cousins sadly lost his battle with Mental Health. Billy was a loving, thoughtful and caring young man who had an amazing quality of making everyone around him feel happy. He was the life and soul of the group and an integral part of his family. He brought joy to everyone he met.
This is why it is important to reflect that the people who seem the most fun-loving and strong, may be suffering on the inside. Although reaching out and talking to someone may seem hard, it's a start and could ultimately save someone's life.
In Billy's memory, we will be completing the Total Warrior 12K Mud Run on Saturday 22nd June to help raise awareness for Mental Health. All donations will be given to Leeds Mind in the hope that we can help those who are suffering and prevent others from losing their loved ones.
