We provide creative programmes to help individuals with disabilities

Story

Touch Trust is a pioneering charity that offers unique creative movement programmes for individuals with learning disabilities, those affected by autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), complex needs, behaviour which challenges, and other vulnerable groups in the community.

Creative Facilitator for Touch Trust, Liberty, is helping to organize the event and can vouch for the dance classes as she attends them weekly. The dance classes are non judgmental, the lights are low and disco lights are on.

Liberty says "The dance classes help to release those happy endorphins, something I know our Touch Trust Sessions do for our guests. That's why I thought it was a perfect way for some of our care givers (Mum's, Sisters, Aunties etc) to try out for themselves! It will be a great way to have fun whilst raising some much needed funds for the work at Touch Trust. The class will run inside the Wales Millennium Centre, National Dance Company's studio and will be such a wonderful experience, so come on ladies let's dance!"

Limited spaces available, please book via the just giving page with your name and or confirmation email to liberty.jones@touchtrust.co.uk or book in Touch Trust 02920 635660.
