For the month of October I am going to climb Bennachie every day and not drinking alcohol for the whole month too.

They say to feel good you need to exercise and don't drink, so here's mi, and at the same time raising money for a fantastic charity.

I chose Charlie's House because one of my very good suppliers who has helped me through a couple of difficult situations, has a daughter who needs this respite care.

I am also climbing Bennachie everyday, but I will not be participating in sober October as unfortunately that is too much of a challenge for me.

I am doing this to increase my fitness, it will be a challenge to get out of bed early every morning come rain or shine, but at the same time I am raising money for a great charity.
